Installation Policy
At Modo Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to providing top-notch installation services to our valued customers. Currently, our installation service is exclusively tailored for door locks, smart switches, and relay modules, ensuring the utmost security and convenience for your home or business. We understand the importance of a seamless installation process, which is why we have outlined the following policies to streamline your experience.
Free installation is provided with every purchase of select items in select locations. Please check product pages to find out which items have available installation services.

The below list describes the active pin codes available for free installation upon the date of delivery.
For locations outside of the below list, installation may be done up to 2 weeks after the date of delivery and will require extra charges. If your location is not an included location, contact Modo Technologies at sales_in@modotechnologies.com

Installation services will only be given to door lock orders placed after February 28th, 2024 and smart switch orders placed after September 16th, 2024.
Distributor Guidelines
Distributors are an integral part of our network. However, it's important to note that installation services are not available for distribution purposes.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Our team at Modo Technologies Private Limited will schedule the installation upon completion of product delivery. If the installation needs to be scheduled beyond a week from the delivery date, customers are required to contact our support team at support@modotechnologies.com or call 1800-203-3411. Failure to do so will result in automatic scheduling of installation within a week of the delivery date.
Customers also have the option to cancel installation, if circumstances change. To cancel installation, customers must notify the Modo Team before the date of product delivery by contacting us at support@modotechnologies.com or calling 1800-203-3411. Moreover, if an order contains multiple products eligible for installation but installation is not required for all items, customers can cancel installation for specific products by reaching out to our support team.

It's important to understand that acceptance of installation requests is solely at the discretion of Modo Technologies Private Limited. We strive to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability, but certain factors may influence our decision.
